At the beginning of the lesson, there seemed to be a connection issue, and I couldn’t see the teacher’s face. I could hear her voice, but her video was very blurry and her face was not visible at all. However, she quickly left the lesson and rejoined, which resolved the issue right away.
Since there had been a technical problem, she kindly extended the lesson, and I felt that we were able to have a full 25-minute lesson. She is a very sincere, kind, and wonderful teacher.
